By accessing and using this website to purchase Tokyo Skytree tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
All tickets purchased through this platform are subject to availability. Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The discounted prices shown are promotional offers and may change without prior notice. A valid email address is required for e-ticket delivery.
Upon successful payment, your e-tickets will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please present your e-ticket (printed or on your mobile device) at the Tokyo Skytree entrance. Each e-ticket contains a unique QR code and is valid only for the selected date.
Tickets may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled visit date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the visit date are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Access to the observation decks is subject to weather conditions and operational requirements. Tokyo Skytree reserves the right to close the observation decks or restrict access for safety reasons. In such cases, tickets may be rescheduled or refunded.
All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY). The final charge on your payment method may vary slightly due to currency conversion rates if paying with a non-JPY card. Promotional discounts are applied automatically and cannot be combined with other offers.
We act as an authorized ticket reseller and are not responsible for the operation of Tokyo Skytree or the experiences provided within. Our liability is limited to the ticket purchase price. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
